- Official Report of ACT or SAT scores (if under the age of 22)
- Official High School Transcript (if you haven't received a degree in the past)
- Official Post-secondary transcripts (if attended)
- Eligible for financial aid
- You can also PRINT and mail the application

Undergraduate Readmission Students

- $20 application fee is required if you have not attended an SD Board of Regents institution for the past 3 semesters
- You can also PRINT and mail the application

Non-Degree Seeking Students
- Apply ONLINE (for your major, select "non-degree seeking")
- No application fee is required
- Non-degree seeking students are not eligible for financial aid*
