The University Center- Rapid City will become Smoke & Tobacco Free starting August 1, 2014. This new policy will be put into place in order to protect and promote the health and comfort of our students, employees and visitors. Smoking and tobacco use of any kind will be prohibited on the entire interior of the campus including campus buildings and grounds. Smoking and tobacco usewill only be allowed in personal vehicles in parking lots on campus.
