Community Education of the Black Hills to Present Courses at UCRC

Community Education of the Black Hills will be presenting two courses, Holistic Skin Care & Brain Tuning- Improving Memory Skills, at the University Center- Rapid City this February & April.

Holistic Skin Care: April 13, 2013; 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
It is important that we take good care of our skin, especially the face/neck area in our ever-changing climate. Standard drug store and department store skincare and beauty products are filled with chemicals that may actually be harmful to the body. Come learn how to feed and care for your skin the natural, holistic way. This class covers the specific strategies to do, including what foods, suggested supplements and self-care techniques to achieve great looking skin. Each student will receive products and handouts. NOTE: Additional $20 supply fee paid to instructor.
