The SD Board of Regents offers the Nelnet Business Solutions (NBS) payment plan to all students.

The cost to participate in the NBS payment plan is $40 per semester.   

Payments are processed on the 5th of each month.

This plan usually becomes available about a month prior to the start of the semester—shortly after the bills have been posted.  It is not available once the semester begins.

To make 4 equal payments without a down payment, you must sign up early—as soon as the plan is available.

The NBS payment plan offers flexible payment options using either your credit*/debit card or automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account.  It is not a loan; therefore, you have no debt, no interest or finance charges assessed and no credit check.

*A convenience fee of 2.75% applies to credit card payments—MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are the only credit cards accepted.
